BIOGRAPHY:

Honghao Cai, Ph. D. in engineering, associate professor of the School of Science, Jimei University, as well as a member of Fujian Key Laboratory of Plasma and Magnetic Resonance Research Lab. The doctoral thesis title is "Application of New Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Technology in Food Science". At present, I am mainly engaged in the research and application of NMR, Bio-impedance spectroscopy and FTIR in food science, and has published nearly 30 papers in such academic journals as Food Research International, Food Analytical Methods, Food Science and Technology, Scientific Reports, Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics.
