BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Roberto Manfredi is a specialist in infectious diseases since 1992 and is working as associate professor of Infectious Diseases at the University of Bologna, Italy. He is a senior consultant of Infectious Diseases, mainly at the major teaching Hospital of Bologna, Italy (S. Orsola-Malpighi Hospitaland) and a member of the national board of full professors of Infectious Diseases, Italian Ministry of University and Research. He obtained his postgraduate diploma in infectious diseases at University of Bologna. He achieved many awards “GIMBE Award”(2013), "Premio Heracles"(2007), and so on.
Dr. Roberto Manfredi is author or co-author of the 2581 Scientific Publications of interest infectious diseases, Microbiological, Virological, and the Pediatric Chemotherapy and is acting as Editor-in-Chief and reviewer of many magazines and journals. He has Membership in scientific societies.
Dr. Roberto Manfredi has devoted himself full-time to research the epidemiological, diagnostic, clinical, trapeutica, laboratory and in the field of Infectious Diseases, showing particular interest in HIV infection and AIDS, the immunological status and the immunocompromised opportunistic infectious complications, pediatric and infectious diseases, emerging infectious diseases and antimicrobial treatment of infectious diseases, bacterial, fungal, viral and parasitic diseases.
