Dr. Mimi Mohamed Mekkawy is currently working as Professor in the Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing at Assiut University; Egypt. She received her Ph.D. and MSC in the Department of Medical-Surgical of Nursing at Assiut University, Egypt. Previously, she served as Assistant Professor, Faculty of Nursing Assiut University, Egypt. She also worked as Supervisor on the medical-surgical nursing department, Faculty of nursing in South Valley, Egypt.
Dr. Mimi Mohamed Mekkawy is Chairperson in the 1st International conference: Nursing Practices & Era Challenges. She is a member of the administration of scientific journal council, and also Director of quality assurance unit faculty of nursing, Assiut University, head of Committee of culture affair committee, Member of interview exam Faculty nursing, Assiut University, Egypt. She presented in the 7th Annual Conference, Amman in the year of 2001. She supported as Speaker in Workshop, Nursing Faculty at El- Menia University about Nutrition and Obesity, 2013. She has a membership in national and international editorial boards and also a reviewer. She published numerous articles in scholarly journals.
